Lurz Education Consulting Services (LECS) does not guarantee undergraduate or graduate admission. All sales are final.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

1. Purpose

 By purchasing services offered by LECS, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions located in this agreement. In the context of this agreement, each party (LECS and Customer) may disclose certain information to the other. LECS will never ask for sensitive, personal, or confidential information from the Customer. All non-confidential information provided voluntarily by the customer to LECS will not be transferred to any outside party. All information, materials, products, forms, software, or any other media provided by LECS to the Customer will be used only for the private use of the Customer, and will not be transferred, sold, or transmitted to any outside party.

2. LECS and Customer’s Obligations

The Customer agrees that the services purchased from LECS are considered confidential and proprietary to LECS.  LECS shall hold the same in confidence, and shall not use information voluntarily provided by the Customer for anything other than its authorized purpose, and shall disclose it only to its officers, directors, or employees with a specific need to know. The Customer will not disclose, publish or otherwise reveal any of the proprietary materials received from LECS to any other party whatsoever except with the specific prior written authorization of LECS.

3. Waiver and Amendment

Neither party may waive any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement, nor may this Agreement be amended or modified, except by a duly signed writing referring to the specific provision to be waived, amended or modified.

4. Voluntary Execution of Agreement

This agreement is executed voluntarily and without any duress or undue influence on the part or behalf of the Customer. Customer releases LECS of all liability for events which occur during the college search process. Customer assumes full responsibility for university admission, obtaining financial assistance for higher education, obtaining housing associated with higher education, and any other aspects of the college search. Customer acknowledges that services purchased from LECS are advisory in nature, and are not guarantees of university admission or obtaining financial aid. Customers representing schools or districts acknowledge that purchase of professional development seminars are not guarantees of school improvement, teacher retention, student test scores, or institutional safety. Customer’s purchase of services from LECS are hereby considered voluntary acceptance of the terms and conditions found in this agreement.
