Dr. Rudolph W. Lurz has over a decade of experience at secondary and tertiary institutions. He has taught and coached in a variety of urban, suburban, and rural districts. He has experience at both private and public schools. His doctoral research at the University of Pittsburgh was centered on education policy formation.
